Our Topographical Surveys provide an accurate digital plan representation of the man-made & natural environment.

Surface features, physical boundary details and changes in elevation are surveyed to your individual specification and presented on a scaled survey drawing. We use cutting-edge data capture techniques to record these features efficiently on-site, before producing bespoke drawings in 2D/3D CAD and surface models in REVIT.

Utility Services - PAS128:2014 QL-B Surveys

Using an array of Electromagnetic Location (EML) and Grand Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology & 
techniques, we search for subsurface utilities and structures hidden underground.

In accordance with PAS128:2014 Survey Type B, known and unknown services are detected, marked, 
surveyed, and subcategorised with a quality or confidence rating depending on the technique used and the quality of the information received. This process allows the quality and presented data to be easily understood, allowing appropriate levels of risk to be applied and better-informed decisions based on the findings from the site and the declared accuracies.
